My Story, One Passion

It all started with a simple love for pizza. Growing up in Italy, I spent hours watching local pizza makers work their magic, tossing dough, layering flavours, and creating something that brought people together.

Fast forward a bit, and I found myself in London, working at 50 Kalò, one of Europe’s top pizzerias. There, I learned the real secrets of crafting the perfect pizza: the art of dough fermentation, the balance of ingredients, and the magic that happens in a 450°C wood-fired oven.

From a Tuk-Tuk to a Thriving Pizza Business

In 2020, right in the middle of the COVID lockdowns, I took a leap of faith. With the restaurant industry at a standstill, I converted a small tuk-tuk into a mobile pizzeria and launched 450 Degrees.

At the beginning, it was tough, some days, we’d make just one pizza. It was frustrating, exhausting, and full of uncertainty. But passion for pizza kept me going. I refused to give up, pushing forward through those hard times, knowing that if the pizza was good enough, people would come. And they did

From that tiny tuk-tuk, 450 Degrees has grown into a premium mobile pizza experience. We now bring authentic Neapolitan-style pizza to weddings, private parties, and corporate events for brands like Red Bull, Amazon, and at venues like the Natural History Museum, Royal Ascot. We’ve even catered for Chelsea and Arsenal FC.

And the journey is just getting started. Whether it’s through our pizza catering, training new pizzerias, or simply sharing the love of great dough, our mission is simple: bring people together through amazing pizza, wherever they are.
