A little about me

It all started with a simple love for pizza. Growing up in Italy, I’d spend hours watching local pizza makers work their magic, tossing dough and layering flavors that brought people together.

Fast forward a bit, and I found myself working in London at 50 Kalò, one of Europe’s top pizzerias.There, I really dug into what makes a great pizza: the dough, the right mix of ingredients, and the magic that happens in a 450°C wood-fired oven.

After years of perfecting my craft, I had this idea: why not bring the true Neapolitan pizza experience to people wherever they were? That’s how 450 Degrees came to life.

I converted a food truck, installed a serious wood-fired oven, and hit the streets of London, ready to bring authentic pizza straight to events of all kinds.

And it turned out that people loved it! From weddings and private parties to big corporate events for brands like Red Bull and Amazon, even at venues like the Natural History Museum and with Chelsea and Arsenal, we’ve been everywhere.
